Terms and Conditions

1 Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Empire Chauffeurs ("the Company") and its customers ("Customer" or "you") in relation to the provision of chauffeur services within the United Kingdom. By booking any chauffeur services with Empire Chauffeurs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully and ensure you understand them before proceeding with a booking.

2 Booking and Confirmation
2.1. All bookings must be made through our website, email, or phone call. Upon receiving your booking request, we will issue a confirmation email with the booking details and a unique booking reference number. The booking is considered confirmed only after you receive this confirmation email.
2.2. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that all booking details are accurate, including the date, time, pick-up and drop-off locations, contact information, and any special requirements. Any changes to the booking must be communicated to the Company as soon as possible, and additional charges may apply

3 Payment
3.1. Full payment for the chauffeur services is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with the Company. We accept payment via major credit and debit cards and bank transfers.
3.2. Additional charges, such as waiting time, parking fees, tolls, and other expenses, will be billed to the Customer after the completion of the service and must be paid within 7 days of receipt of the invoice.

Cancellation and Refunds
4.1. Cancellations must be made in writing (email) and will only be effective upon receipt by the Company.
4.2. The following cancellation charges apply:
• More than 48 hours before the scheduled service: Full refund
• Between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled service: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours before the scheduled service: No refund

5 Chauffeur Services
5.1. The Company will provide the chauffeur services as described in the booking confirmation, using appropriately licensed, insured, and well-maintained vehicles.
5.2. The Company reserves the right to substitute the vehicle or chauffeur assigned to a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as vehicle breakdown or chauffeur illness. In such cases, the Company will make every effort to provide a suitable replacement of equal or higher value.

6 Customer Responsibilities
6.1. The Customer must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking and notify the Company of any changes as soon as possible.
6.2. The Customer must treat the chauffeur and vehicle with respect and not cause any damage or engage in any behavior that could jeopardize the safety of the chauffeur, passengers, or other road users.
6.3. The Customer is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by the Customer or their passengers, and will be liable for the cost of repair or cleaning, as determined by the Company.

7 Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Company's liability for any loss or damage arising from the provision of chauffeur services is limited to the cost of the service booked.
7.2. The Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, such as missed flights or appointments, due to delays or any other circumstances beyond the Company's control.

8 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9 Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on our website, and it is the Customer's responsibility to review
